REFERRAL PROGRAM
We are proud of the fact

So, in order
to show our appreciation, we are giving the people that send us referrals
a gift certificate to various restaurants if the referral uses our
services for a
12 month lease or longer. These gift cards are great!

information. If they lease through us for a term of 12
months or longer, we will send you a gift certificate after they have
moved into their new apartment home and we have been paid by the complex. Our services are FREE
and the complexes pay us out of their advertising budgets to bring them qualified tenants. Recommend this
